In SAIL's new Shakespeare Series, the beauty of the words of Shakespeare will be brought to life on the stage. The plays have had a longevity of over 400-years, and they have lent themselves to numerous deviations in movies and stories based to varying degrees on the original. West Side Story is a case in point. In many of these, however, the words have been lost, changed or widely distorted. SAIL Productions - in collaboration with the New Vic Theatre of London - will be endeavoring to maintain the integrity of the language and its powerful effect on our imaginations.
